- Handling any needed travel and accommodation arrangements for training seminars, conferences and other project-related events
- Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
- Helping maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to support Project Managers
- Distributing project information to key partners
- Reviewing data, creating reports, proofreading and editing materials, and preparing presentations
Requirements
- Highly skilled at database and file management
- Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Be detailed, flexible, and organized
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Word experience desired
- Foundational knowledge in Administrative Assistance
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
- This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent, though a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
- Experience with project management software is a plus, i.e. Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite
- 1 year of business/office experience is necessary for this position
