The ideal candidate will have 4 years’ experience in project scheduling in a manufacturing/Engineering environment or AS in Business with seven years’ experience in project scheduling in a manufacturing/Engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and maintain integrated schedules using MS Project to facilitate effective project execution.
- Collaborate with Program Management and Department Managers to establish project tasks, milestones, dependencies, resource levels, and durations, ensuring a valid critical path.
- Maintain and update enterprise schedule templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across projects.
- Conduct regular meetings with Program Management to incorporate the latest updates into the schedules.
- Advise the Program Management Office on schedule performance, forecasts, and potential risks.
- Communicate scheduling processes and procedures to all stakeholders and participants involved in the projects.
- Develop and maintain schedule performance metrics and management tools within the business unit.
- Ensure data validity and seamless integration between schedules and program work.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Earned Value Management concepts and support internal and external EV reporting requirements.
- Provide training for Program Managers, Resource Managers, and team members as needed.
- Assist and support the Integrated Project Scheduler as required.
- Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Foster a cooperative environment by encouraging beneficial behavior, contributing to problem-solving, communicating ideas and suggestions, and supporting other employees and departments.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining master schedules for complex projects using MS Project.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, task dependencies, and resource management.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles and experience in EV reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively address scheduling challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications and project management software tools.
- Ability to adhere to strict work schedules and exhibit prompt and regular attendance.
- Demonstrate a constant state of alertness and a commitment to working safely.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
4 years’ experience in project scheduling in a manufacturing/Engineering environment or AS in Business with seven years’ experience in project scheduling in a manufacturing/Engineering environment.
