The Project Manager will also be responsible for procurement activities, ensuring efficient costs and uninterrupted services.Responsibilities:• Facilitate and manage customer service processes to build and maintain a positive and consistent customer experience• Proactively support alignment and maintain close relationships with customers and partner organizations, keeping mutual business needs at the forefront• Ensure the availability of all office amenities, such as office supplies, catering, toiletries, etc.• Collaborate with service providers to maintain optimal contracts that suit business needs• Administer service contracts to ensure agreements are current and services are maintained without interruption• Manage procurement activities for office items, limited inventory items, and consumable items for production• Use CRM and Database systems to monitor and manage customer interactions and transactions• Adhere to Budget Processes to ensure cost-efficiency in all procurement activities• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business-to-business (B2B) services• Manage the ordering of office supplies and catering services as needed
