- Attend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases
- Coordinate insurance requirements
- Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs
- Prepare budgets, financial documents and other reports
- Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants
- Collect monthly fees and rent
- Support property managers in administrative tasks for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Requirements
- Excellent computer competencies and interpersonal skills are essential
- Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
- Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
