Property Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to maintain premier standards of the property.
- Oversee all financials for the building, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage vendors to ensure delivery on all services.
- Ensure property compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Proficient use of Yardi, Kardin, and Excel for property management tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management.
- Proven experience in managing a team, handling financials, vendor management, and compliance.
- Excellent proficiency with Yardi, Kardin, and Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond well to high-stress situations.
