Property Scout

We are assisting a well-respected client hire a property scout to inspect the condition of properties and submit proper documentation back to management to support business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to grow and can be a great foot in the door if you’re interested in property management. If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Therese Grana at 609-252-9393. Responsibilities: Travel to locations to conduct on-site evaluations and gather detailed information on properties using our proprietary online systems.Work with the Acquisition Specialist to develop best practices and organize scouting schedule.Maintain accurate records of all properties scouted and provide regular updates to the team.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
