Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Purchasing Assistant. As the Purchasing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the purchasing department. In order to be successful in this position, you must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. How you will make an impact

- Aid in any additional duties of the purchasing department

- Ensure that all orders are complete and have all the necessary information

- Research and compare suppliers, goods, and services

- Manage inventory levels for multiple departments

- Data entry duties for daily purchase orders

- Provides exceptional customer service when working with vendors and suppliers

Requirements

- A minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- Experience providing exemplary customer service while working with vendors and suppliers

- 1 year working in a professional setting
