We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance, with a focus on leading a team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the QA process, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Develop and implement QA processes and procedures
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Execute test cases and report defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify and escalate quality issues to management
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing solutions
Requirements
- Experience with TOSCA
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
