ROBERT HALF is partnering with a premier mid-size firm in Downtown Seattle in their search for a paralegal to support three attorneys in their Real Estate practice group. The paralegal will be responsible for Assisting and helping coordinate real property acquisitions and sales, loans, lease and development transactions; drafting and/or reviewing real property related correspondence and documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, deeds, promissory notes,deeds of trust, escrow instructions, leases and lease amendments and memoranda, real and personal property security documents, and foreclosure documents; coordinating and preparing documents for non-judicial foreclosure actions and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure actions; preparing closing books; examining title reports and supporting title documents, legal descriptions, and surveys.Firm offers full benefits package including paid medical, dental, vision premiums, multiple bonuses offered throughout the year, 401K with matching, profit sharing, 20 days vacation/year, WA sick leave policy and paid transportation card as well as hybrid work from home options.To submit your resume confidentially please send to Sam(dot)Sheehan(at)RobertHalf(dot)(com)
