As the Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our club members and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, assisting walk-ins, directing visitors, handling email correspondence, and providing administrative support to various departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for general office tasks such as making copies, scanning, filing, and faxing documents.Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.Greet and assist walk-in visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.Direct incoming visitors to appropriate club facilities and services.Manage email correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and forwarding messages to the relevant departments.Perform administrative tasks including copying, scanning, filing, and faxing documents as needed.Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and reports.Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the club's high standards.Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor when interacting with members, guests, and colleagues.Adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Display resilience and thick-skinned attitude when handling various personalities and situations.Qualifications:Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.Demonstrated ability to handle various personalities and situations with tact and diplomacy.Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
