You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, source qualified candidates, and guide them through the interview process.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.Proactively source and identify top talent through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking).Pre-screen candidates and conduct phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates and manage the onboarding process.Maintain a strong understanding of the current job market and industry trends.Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
