The premier duties of the Regulatory Change / Regulatory Inventory Coverage Associate is to book loans into the banking platform system and process all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. Are you detail-oriented and deadline-driven? Do you have enjoy working with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations? If so, then this is the Operations Processor role for you.What you get to do every single day- Conserves client confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential- Upholds status and information within processing software system- Monitors email, voice mail and other communication and responds accordingly- Processes reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments- Systematizes department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports- Authenticates and returns verification of mortgage requests- Prepares outgoing wires and cashier's checks- Stay up-to-date on differing loan programs and corresponding computer system codes- Assures information is accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents- Prepares payoff letters and department invoices- Deals with payments, advances and payoffs- Manages codes, status dates and loan information for reporting as the case may be- Books new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database- Operate payment corrections and modify billing statements
