Our client is looking to quickly hire a Full Time Research Administrator for there organization. The administrator will be the go-between for management, staff members, study participants, vendors, consultants, partnerships, and other outside organizations. They will play a large role in supporting the daily operations, so experience in clinical research is preferred. Besides support, the administrator may be trained for and asked to perform specific duties during studies.
The successful candidate must be attentive to details, follow standard operating procedures and office management protocols, have excellent organizational skills and an above average ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team, clients, and partners.
An ideal candidate will have office administration or management experience and should have a good idea of office system, management, processes, and procedures. Be tech-savvy and know Microsoft platforms. Be well versed to maintain social media, digital marketing and websites. The candidate should be skilled and fluent in English communication and writing and should have excellent computer skills.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day to day clinic operations
• Support current studies when necessary
• Involved in the hiring process, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates
• Communicate and coordinate with all external vendors, consultants, marketing specialists, and corporate partners
• Maintain records and files pertaining to staff schedules and maintains personnel records
• Review statements, invoices, receipts, and charges
• Order, stock, and maintain adequate inventories of all research and office supplies
• Answer patient calls, letters and other correspondence as needed
• Oversee research inventory tracking/ordering, handle outgoing shipments and documents
• Manage facility, responsible for keeping a clean and friendly working environment
• Maintain company’s social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and recruitment website
Salary : $60,000 - $90,000
