Retail Store Associate

Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Greeter/Retail Store Service Associate III based in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience in our retail store environment, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a clean and well-organized store.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for store team, demonstrating a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly company products and services.
• Regularly scan sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning, reporting any exceptions to leadership.
• Greet customers during peak times, ensure they are connected to a sales consultant promptly, and be prepared to demonstrate company technology to new customers.
• Regularly check and inspect the back of the store for clean, secure, and appropriately placed inventory.
• Assist with receiving inventory and stocking the back of the store according to store standards.
• Contribute to the leadership team by conducting the weekly cycle count process and suggest improvements for the store count process.
• Stay updated with current processes and procedures and suggest improvements to enhance the customer and/or store experience.
• Adapt readily and professionally to store management priorities and direction, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes, stand and move around the store constantly.
• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, be willing to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Retail or Customer Service role is essential
• Demonstrable Leadership Skills and ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with Retail Procedures and Store Experience
• Proficiency in Sales and ability to upsell products
• Experience with Check Processing and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management and Cycle Count processes
• Understanding of Workstation Support and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
• Ability to maintain Punctuality and Attendance, with potential for Overtime
• Experience with software such as ProFile and Go
• Ability to maintain safe Walkways and store areas
• Understanding of QA Management and Conductivity principles
• Willingness to undergo relevant training and professional development activities
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
