A growing automative and electrical manufacturer is seeking for a talented SAP Analyst to join their organization. The SAP analyst will effectively use of our systems to optimize processes and ensure data integrity across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable business insights, and support data management. In this role, your keen analysis skills and strong business acumen will be instrumental in driving our organization's growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Experience using SAP software, with advanced knowledge of its capabilities and integration with various business processes in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in leveraging SAP for optimizing manufacturing processes, managing inventory, cost accounting, and delivering financial insights.
- Utilize SAP to update the Master Data List and familiarity with supply chain and costing codes
- Support master data maintenance and troubleshooting
- Responsibilities include analyzing vendors/suppliers to identify duplicates to cleanse, and consolidate with its critical attributes with the defined set of processes, to prepare for the transition to SAP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, understand business objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain and ensure data integrity across all SAP modules.
- Analyze complex business processes to recommend and implement improvements within the SAP environment.
- Provide regular project status updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user manuals, and system protocols.
