Security Manager

The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing robust cybersecurity programs, leading cross-departmental investigations, and managing a team of cybersecurity analysts. Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the implementation of a robust cybersecurity program to safeguard the company's assets

Establish cross-departmental investigation and response capabilities in collaboration with peers across the organization

Manage a team of cybersecurity analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities

Oversee the evaluation and implementation of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and cloud security solutions

Implement industry-adopted frameworks and methodologies for cybersecurity

Lead the Security Operations Center team to develop incident response capabilities

Conduct risk assessments, threat analyses, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks

Develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans

Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, regulations, and industry best practices

Represent the cybersecurity department and communicate security-related information to senior management and stakeholders

Foster a culture of security within the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Security Manager role or similar
Strong knowledge and understanding of Access Control systems
Proficiency in Database management and security
Familiarity with Detection and EO/IR systems
Experience with Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
Auditing skills, particularly within a security context
Knowledge of Casino Gaming security measures
Experience with CCTV operation and maintenance
Excellent Documentation skills
Ability to Implement Strategies for security risk mitigation
Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and practices
Ability to identify and manage Security Vulnerabilities
Experience with Vulnerability Scanning and remediation
Demonstrated ability to devise and implement Vulnerability Remediation strategies.
