an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead multiple high volume teams to meet accounts receivable and exceptional patient satisfaction goals. The Accounts Receivable Manager provides day-to-day and strategic leadership to a large accounts receivable team consisting of multiple specialty areas. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Leading the team responsible for ensuring that all monies received are applied to the correct account and refunds are issued in a timely manner.• Balancing accounts receivables (AR) cash to actual cash; ensure all monies, including cash, checks, and credit cards, are applied to the proper account in a timely and accurate manner and the funds are balanced daily.• Managing the operations of the team; create, implement and maintain policies, procedures and controls.• Establishing department key performance indicators and ensuring consistent feedback is provided to allow the team to meet all goals.• Submitting monthly reports to Manager of Patient Accounts with summaries and statistics of previous month’s activities;• Analyzing large data sets to draw conclusions and set policy and procedure guidelines based on results.• Leading process-reengineering efforts to assist with efficiency and growth targets.
