As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.Responsibilities:Conducting monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.Posting monthly journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions.Approving checks and ACH payments processed daily as part of our cash management procedures.Conducting daily banking reviews to reconcile transactions with QuickBooks records.Preparing and filing monthly Workers Compensation reports and payments.Managing monthly AR income tax payments.Handling quarterly State and Federal Unemployment Tax reports and payments.Generating quarterly 941 Tax reports.Maintaining reports required by banks and insurance companies on a quarterly or annual basis.Processing sub-contractor bill entries and payments.Managing bill entry and payments.Overseeing payroll processing and generating payroll reports.Reviewing commercial credit card balances and managing payments on a daily basis.Conducting daily capital entries and providing management with weekly updates on the company's financial standing.
