Robert Half is looking for a Software Manager with experience in the .NET framework. This is a full-time position that will require 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA. This is a well-known company in the Southeast looking for a candidate with experience leading small teams.

What you get to do every day:
- Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency
- Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones
- Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software
- Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems
- Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software
- Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications
- Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere
- Experience managing and coaching small teams
- Code Reviews and effective oral and written communication
- Light hands on development in the .NET framework
- Experience with Agile frameworks, continuous integration and continuous deployment, Microsoft DevOps, and Azure development
Requirements
Skills/Requirements:
- Experience with Agile frameworks, continuous integration and continuous deployment, Microsoft DevOps, and Azure development
- Experience implementing applications using .Net framework with C# and SQL
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skill with the ability to multitask to balance immediate and long/term priorities preferred
- Effective oral and written communication
- Effective at balancing workload across team as well as translating high level strategy to tactical execution
- Prefer experience working in Convenience Store or Retail Environments and experience working with PDI Enterprise or similar ERP
Salary : $130,000 - $135,000
