- Bonus Management : Handle the processing of quarterly and annual bonuses.
- Software Utilization : Utilize UKG UltiPro software for payroll processing and reporting.
- Collaboration : Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and company policies.
- Reporting : Generate and analyze payroll reports as required.
