As a Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. If interested, call 818.884.3888 to schedule your interview.Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsPerform cost accounting functions, including analyzing manufacturing costs and variances, and providing insights to improve cost efficiencyManage inventory accounting processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and inventory controlLead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department managers to develop accurate projectionsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial guidanceSupervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support as neededAssist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
