A company based in Cedar Knolls, NJ is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to assist with a cleanup initiative. The cleanup will be focused in all aspects of the accounting operation, with an emphasis on inventory and the creation of streamlined processes and workflows that can be effectively mapped for a new software implementation. In addition to reconciling inventory accounts, the Senior Accountant will also support the Controller and CFO with reconciling GL accounts, conducting account analysis, financial reporting, preparing entries (and adjusting entries), and a variety of ad hoc requests. The ideal Senior Accountant will have prior experience in inventory-centric businesses, will be proficient with QuickBooks, and will be highly skilled in Excel (advanced proficiency, automating processes, etc.).  If you are interested in applying for this project-based Senior Accountant role, please contact David Serrano at Robert Half Management Resources (551-307-0316 or david.serrano@roberthalf.).
