This Senior Accountant role is based in Fleming Island, Florida with a company in the Real Estate & Property field.Duties & Responsibilities:•Perform account analysis and account reconciliations•Responsible for the month-end close process including balance sheet variances and other ad hoc activities•Responsible for bank reconciliation and timely resolution of reconcilable differences•Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through in a timely manner•Filing of sales and use tax, property tax, and other compliance activities•Identifying, researching and resolving problematic transactions•Prepare schedules and provide documentation for the annual external audit•Cross-train with accounts payable and accounts receivable•An endless desire to implement/monitor efficiencies within the accounting functions•Perform other job-related duties as assigned•Special projects as assigned
