This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Please reach out to Scott Dennis for immediate consideration513-835-2080ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)Prepares monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.Responsible for monthly closings of all companies.Responsible for supervising AP and AR functions.Knowledge of cost accounting is a plus.Responsible for all required filings for accounting.Prepares and quarterly and CAT returns.Prepares the budget and forecast for all companies.Oversees cash management to include all incoming and outgoing wires, deposits and check payments.Prepares reports and assists in the year-end audit by the outside CPA firm.Reports in a timely manner to the CFO on irregularities that have a negative financial impact on the company.Prepares reports and information for the year end Singapore audit and tax returns.Assists with financial analysis projects for the CFO.Periodically perform audits and functions to ensure all procedures are followed.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
