Responsibilities
- Ensure precise account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Implement and manage journal entries in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
- Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely financial reporting
- Utilize SAP for various accounting functions and tasks
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation
- Experience in handling bank reconciliations
- Skilled in maintaining and managing a general ledger
- Ability to prepare and analyze journal entries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in managing month-end close processes
- Knowledge of SAP software is required
- Prior experience in the machinery manufacturing industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a high level of integrity
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
