- Oversee the preparation and review of closing entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
- Handle endowment accounting and related reconciliations, liaising with departments and money managers as required.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of corporate stocks, trust accounts, and other investment-related accounts on a quarterly basis.
- Manage and reconcile various accounts.
- Record and reconcile monthly revenues.
- Record monthly lease straight-line entries and complete annual reconciliations.
- Prepare schedules for the annual audit.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card fees monthly.
- Input budget and other journal entries as needed.
