Sr. Accountant

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Lubbock, Texas. The role involves a heavy focus on balance sheet reconciliations and requires strong generic accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in transitioning from Great Plains to Oracle Genesis software is also important for this role. Responsibilities:• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations • Utilize your strong generic accounting experience to ensure accurate financial reporting• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and data management• Assist in the transition from Great Plains to Oracle Genesis software• Maintain precise financial records and prepare journal entries as needed• Conduct regular reviews of balance sheets• Assist in month-end close processes• Utilize NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting tasks• Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliations as required• Ensure accurate balance sheet account reconciliation and reviews.
