Robert Half is actively recruiting for a strong SOPs / Audit Consultant for Utilities company for a 3 months engagement. The consultant’s primary responsibilities will be supporting the finance department in reviewing, creating and updating SOPs. The consultant will need to have strong communication and writing skills . This role will be located onsite in Chino Hills, CA. Technical Skills:- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various departments- Conduct thorough analysis of current operational processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement- Collaborate with department heads and staff to gather necessary information and ensure SOPs accurately reflect current practices- Ensure all SOPs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards- Provide training and support to staff on new and updated SOPs- Monitor the implementation of SOPs and provide feedback for continuous improvement- Maintain a comprehensive and organized database of all SOPs
