Robert Half is seeking a Senior Collection Specialist. The Senior Collection Specialist should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Collection Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding accounts while assisting with credit memo processing. If interested in this role, please call Leah Schreuders at 808.379.3849ResponsibilityAnalyze accounts receivable reports to identify delinquent accounts.Contact customers professionally and respectfully to collect outstanding payments.Investigate and verify customer financial information for credit applications.Collaborate with account managers and customer service to resolve billing disputes efficiently.Achieve monthly collection goals through effective communication and adherence to company policies.Prepare documents for referral of accounts to external collection agencies (if necessary).Perform account reconciliations as needed.Verify returned merchandise and identify reasons for return.Code discrepancies and process credit memos accurately.File and maintain credit memo invoices and supporting documentation.Mail and email invoices as required.Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and management.Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
