The Senior Compensation Analyst provides strategic support and operational leadership in the design, implementation, and the ongoing delivery of compensation related programs. This positionwill monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and will recommend updates and/or enhancements that are cost-effective and consistent with market trends, industry best practices, and organizational objectives.Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, as well as the necessary tools and training materials to enhance the understanding and administration of compensation programsLead in-depth and complex analyses related to variable, incentive, and base pay compensation, with a focus on maintaining market competitive policies across the varied industries and geographies in which company competes for talentAssist with planning and/or budgetary processes as related to the salary structures, annual merit cycle, short- and long-term performance incentives, and sales bonus programsProvide advice and consultation to management and HR team members on pay decisions, policy questions, and guideline interpretation for all pay plans and company locationsManage the job evaluation and job code process, which includes developing, reviewing, and revising job descriptions in relation to both internal and external factors, FLSA standards, and establish compensation grades for all positionsStay aware of current and potential changes with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance across the organization
