Responsibilities:
- Act as Tier 3 & 4 IT support, providing technical expertise and resolving complex technical issues.
- Deployment of all devices, ensuring that new devices are installed, configured, and ready for use.
- Manage the inventory of all Field Service Laptops and accessories, ensuring that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the return of all equipment from termed Field Service users, ensuring that equipment is properly sanitized and stored.
- Manage mid to small projects, including planning, implementation, and documentation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements, including processes, procedures, and technologies to improve IT services.
- Maintain Shared Mailboxes and Distribution list for the Field Service Dept., ensuring that the distribution lists are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, and Printers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), SharePoint, Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECU), Windows 10 OS Administrator knowledge, Exchange Admin Center, and basic concepts of IT Networking and Server practices.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Azure AD, and Label Printers is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, critical-thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, ability to work with little to no supervision, strong work ethic, ability to work with tight deadlines, problem-solving, adaptable to change, listening, and organizational skills.
- Certifications in A , Net , and ITILV4 Foundations a plus.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
