As a Senior Desktop Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional technical support to our employees. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex technical issues, managing and maintaining Office 365, Windows 10/11, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and providing top-tier customer service.Responsibilities:Provide escalated technical support for desktop systems, hardware, and software issues, resolving complex problems efficiently and effectively.Administer and maintain Office 365 applications, including but not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.Manage Windows 10/11 deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization for end-user systems.Oversee Azure Active Directory configuration, user management, and security protocols.Implement and manage Intune for endpoint management and security compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and support IT systems and applications.Develop and maintain documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and junior support staff.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive end-user experience and timely issue resolution.
