We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to play a crucial role for our client as they go through corporate centralization initiative encompassing 40 entities. This individual will primarily focus on recruiting for both corporate positions and brokerage roles, including titles, escrow, and branch manager positions. We are seeking a experienced detail oriented capable of managing the full recruitment life cycle, demonstrating consultative expertise, and employing proactive sourcing strategies. Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, managing requisitions from initiation to completion. Consultative Approach: Act as a consultative partner throughout the hiring process, offering insights and guidance to hiring managers. Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrate proficiency in proactive sourcing and hunting strategies, moving beyond traditional posting methods. Flexibility: Be adaptable and willing to switch gears as needed to address evolving recruitment priorities. Req Load Goal: Strive to maintain an average requisition load of 25, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.
