Requirements
- Reconciliations, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations for: prepaid, accrual expenses AP, AR, Payroll accounts (401K, disability)
- CC reconciliations is a MUST
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables)
- Attention to detail
- OT during month end close sometimes weekend and evenings, very busy environment (15 hours for that week) 2 weeks to month end close. The goal is to close in 5 days.
- AP / AR reconciliations
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Manufacturing knowledge is a plus
