Support Project Manager/Lead

Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Support Project Manager/Lead based in Tampa, Florida, 33607, United States. This role involves supporting project management tasks in the telecom industry while working remotely. This is a contract role with a focus on coordinating logistics, ensuring adherence to deadlines, documenting project events, and communicating timelines to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Conduct daily and weekly status update checks to ensure all project tasks are on track
Coordinate logistics with vendors, technicians, and end client contacts to ensure smooth project progression
Follow up on resource requests, order required resources, and track delivery to ensure availability when needed
Adhere to and enforce deadlines, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed on time
Document all events, project occurrences, and completed tasks to maintain an accurate record of project progress
Communicate timelines to vendors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals
Ensure project smoothness by anticipating potential obstacles and planning accordingly
Use excellent communication skills to liaise between different project stakeholders and ensure project goals are met
Use skills in C-Suite, Customer Service, Design, and Formal Project Management to effectively manage and lead projects.

Requirements

Proficiency in C-Suite software and tools
Demonstrated skills in Customer Service
Experience in Design, preferably in a project management context
Formal qualifications or extensive experience in Project Management
Ability to support a Project Manager/Lead in the execution of projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in managing stakeholder expectations
Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as required by the role.
