What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Robert Half?
Robert Half is looking for a Systems Analyst to join our clients project team.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement for all system interfaces; continuous training and research to drive modernization and risk mitigation.
- Examine and test systems to identify code problems, software errors, work with programmers to correct.
- Execute feasibility studies, review computer systems capabilities, workflow, schedule limitations, and assist in planning or developing new systems or modifying existing to improve.
- Provide problem resolution and support for apps and systems, help train users to work on systems and programs.
- Analyze procedures and problems, business and user requirements to automate process.
- Will make recommendations for IT systems, processes associated with software technology planning, development, implementation, security and interfaces.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to identify, translate, and document all business requirements, processes and proposed solutions.
- Identify people, process, and technology gaps pertaining to system communications by coordinating with cross-functional teams and leveraging end-to-end knowledge. Effectively assess gaps and communicate with all parties to resolve.
Requirements
Experience with Sage 500 ERP, Salesforce, Qlik, Synchroteam, LogMeIn Central, Microsoft Intune, and Samanage/SolarWinds Service Desk (or similar service management software) is a plus.
Support a mix of MAC, PC, iOS, and Android networked endpoints.
