Systems Engineer

Your responsibilities in this role

- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

- Conduct and keep an eye on all installed systems and infrastructure

- Note and support custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

- Vigorously deliver the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

- Hold up redundancy strategies, backup, and security

- Configure, test, maintain, and install application software, system management tools, and operating systems

- Grant 2nd and 3rd level support

- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems

- Review and check application performance for potential bottlenecks, distinguish possible solutions, and do business with developers to execute those fixes

Requirements

- Experience with Azure Active Directory

- Foundational knowledge in DLP

- Command of IAM provisioning

- Deep understanding of Okta

- IAM experience

- Candidates who have experience with automation software will be the best fit for this position

- You'll be a good fit for this position if you have solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks

- Applicants who solid scripting skills are preferred

- Applicants who have experience with monitoring systems are preferred

- If you have solid networking knowledge, you will be strongly preferred for this position

- If you have proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems, you will be strongly preferred for this position

- You might be a good fit for this position if you have experience with virtualization and containerization
