- Administer other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Organize transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
- Furnish the Tax software application with appropriate data
- Interact with clients to gather needed information/documents
- Take care of clients with incoming calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Annual Tax
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
- Outstanding data entry skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
