We are in search of a Tax Manager to join our team in a CPA Firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The role involves overseeing tax compliance, planning, and reporting functions for a diverse portfolio of clients. The Tax Manager will take on a proactive leadership role, demonstrating exceptional tax knowledge and effective client relationship management.Responsibilities:• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and non-profit organizations.• Ensure all tax filings are completed accurately and within given deadlines.• Conduct in-depth tax research to resolve complex tax issues.• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.• Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for clients.• Advise clients on tax implications of business decisions, financial transactions, and investments.• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters.• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss tax planning and address concerns.• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior tax staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.• Assist in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.• Participate in firm growth initiatives, including business development and client outreach.• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, communicating implications to the team and clients.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
