Job Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate tax audits and prepare all related paperwork.Review tax returns, quarterly/year-end estimates, and individuals/business/fiduciary returns.Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.Identify and mitigate tax risks.Coordinate accounting staff and manage tax planning resources.Develop strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, leading to increased client satisfaction and retention.Generate new business leads and manage an existing client portfolio.Conduct complex tax research and review tax-related documentation.Verify tax forms completed correctly, comply with legislation, and ensure their timely submission.Keep informed about current tax laws and news, as well as the potential impact on clients.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree in Taxation preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.Minimum of 7 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.Proficient with tax software and technology, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven track record of solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of business situations.Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships with clients.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Ability to direct and supervise.Candidates with a strong commitment to their own professional growth, as well as those who already have established relationships in the region, are highly preferred.
