Your responsibilities in this role
- Manually fashion completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies
- Produce error free data into Tax software application
- Performing other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
- Touch base with clients to gather relevant information/documents
- Service incoming client calls to respond to tax questions and set appointments
- Complete and invoice for form preparation fees
Requirements
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Strong communication and social skills
- Competent with spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with high volume data entry
- AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Solid understanding of Tax Preparer
- QuickBooks experience
- Quickbooks Online experience highly desired
- Written Communication experience
