This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the individual will be responsible for various tasks such as sending and securing signed alarm monitoring agreements, among others.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sending and securing signed alarm monitoring agreements
- Regularly communicate with homebuyers via email and phone calls regarding alarm monitoring agreement
- Ensure agreements are sent using the accounting software
- Follow up on any unsigned agreements and take necessary action
- Prioritize and complete a set list of tasks daily
- Provide excellent customer service to homebuyers
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer skills to maintain and organize data
- Learn and adapt to new software quickly
- Monitor and manage alarm options installed in homes
- Maintain accurate records of agreements and other related documents.
- Proven experience in a Sales Assistant role or similar customer service role
- Excellent skills in customer service and ability to maintain high service standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other standard computer software
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Practical experience with monitoring tools for tracking sales progress
- Ability to understand and execute sales agreements
- General computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Familiarity with accounting software systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative in finding workable solutions to complex sales problems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies
