- Handle customer withdrawal requests and daily bank deposits
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are adhered to
- Provide support to the retail banking team as needed
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies in relation to credit processing
- Assist with opening new accounts
- Balance drawer at the end of each day
- Other tasks as requested/ needed
