The role involves working within the real estate industry, focusing primarily on contract interpretation, quality assurance, database maintenance, and real estate contracts. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze real estate contracts ensuring all terms and conditions adhere to company policies
• Perform quality assurance checks on contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update the company's database, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date
• Resolve customer inquiries related to real estate contracts in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on contract terms
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure contract terms are met and any issues are resolved promptly
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the contract interpretation and database maintenance process
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and standards
• Provide reports on contract activities and database status to upper management
• Continuously update knowledge and stay abreast of new regulations within the real estate industry.
