This hybrid work model position offers flexibility, with three days in-office and two days remote.About the Opportunity:You'll oversee the management and content creation on their advanced training software, collaborating closely with HR and Training/HR/Safety teams across 50 locations. With an employee base of over 9,000 and 40 manufacturing sites nationwide, this role plays a pivotal part in sustaining their industry-leading position.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, maintenance, and reporting on their LMS (Cornerstone) training system.Manage the day-to-day operations of Cornerstone LMS, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues effectively.Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to curate accurate training materials and communications.Build and execute tailored training plans fostering continuous learning and development.Develop metrics to gauge training program effectiveness and offer actionable insights to management.Foster relationships with SMEs to strategize content updates and new training offerings.
