Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic content guidance to ensure contextual relevance and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and refine content across multiple digital platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand identity.
- Collaborate on a comprehensive content roadmap and conduct regular content audits to inform optimization efforts.
- Establish and optimize operational processes for content management and delivery.
- Drive content governance initiatives and champion best practices across the organization.
- Partner with product stakeholders to optimize messaging and enhance user engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members on content strategy best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum 3 years of experience crafting and implementing digital content strategies across diverse channels.
- Proven expertise in developing user-focused content, including instructional text, error messages, taxonomy, and SEO optimization.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with a focus on digital communication.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly experiences.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital user experience.
- Advocacy for effective, user-centric communication and a strategic approach to content delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing.
- Familiarity with Content Management or Knowledge Management systems.
- Experience with technical projects involving AI/Machine Learning.
- Previous experience in the travel industry.
