Valuation Manager

Description

Working with a Columbia, SC based firm committed to delivering exceptional financial and valuation consulting services. Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Valuations Manager to join their growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business valuations, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and insightful analyses.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Perform business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and other purposes.
• Utilize various valuation methods, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and presentations.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to assess the financial health of businesses.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven experience in business valuations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with relevant industry tools and software.
