You should have knowledge of Federal and State Regulations and best practice lending policies and procedures. Candidates should also have strong team management and leadership skills as you will be leading department managers and strategic initiatives.What You'll Be Doing...This role will direct and supervise lending operations, with a focus on consumer, real estate and participation/business lending, loan servicing, and collections.
