As a Workplace Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and maintaining an efficient office environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and providing information as needed
- Collaborating with a diverse group of employees to manage calendars and schedules effectively
- Processing expense reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the tidiness and organization of the office space
- Preparing morning refreshments, including coffee
- Managing incoming mail and packages and distributing them appropriately
- Generating and formatting documents as required
- Engaging in email correspondence
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all administrative inquiries from employees
