Position Summary:

The Customer Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in engaging and supporting our customer base within the anatomic pathology market, while developing an outreach foundation to align with a fast-growing company. This position goes beyond traditional customer service standards; it requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, including social media marketing and creative outreach initiatives.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement

a. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the anatomic pathology market by understanding their needs and providing personalized assistance.


2. Social Media Marketing

a. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to engage with customers, promote products, and share relevant industry content.


3. Creative Outreach:

a. Devise and implement creative outreach initiatives to connect with customers, such as webinars, workshops, and exclusive events.


4. Product Knowledge

a. Stay up to date with our product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers.


5. Issue Resolution

a. Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.


6. Feedback Collection

a. Act as a bridge between customers and our product development team by gathering valuable feedback and insights to improve our offerings.


7. Data Analysis

a. Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.


8. Documentation

a. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and support activities.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or healthcare related industry.
  • Strong social media marketing skills with experience in managing corporate social media accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for engaging customers in creative ways.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and concepts is a plus.
